    Hello @Webnim,

    1. This issue appears to be unrelated to our theme as it is coming from the WooCommerce plugin. We recommend that you activate a different theme, such as Storefront, and check how the “Addresses” are displayed; you should get the same result. For further assistance, we suggest that you contact the support team of the WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/.

    2. In order to better understand your issue, could you please provide a more detailed explanation, along with screenshots if possible? You may upload the screenshots on https://postimages.org/ and paste the links here.

    Hello Jennifer,

    You can set the video for the product by editing the product under the “Product Video” section. You can either upload your video to your site media or use the Youtube or Vimeo video iframe code. Additionally, you can set the position of your video at the start or last from XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Gallery >> Product Video Position.

    Hello, @Aasem,

    Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    1) To change the color of the regular, sale and discount prices on the Shop page, or on the related products which appear on product pages, please copy and paste the following CSS code into Xstore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS:

    span.price del span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount {
    color: grey !important;
    }

    span.price span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount {
    color: #ff83a4 !important;
    }

    span.price ins span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount {
    color: #ff83a4 !important;
    }

    Please refer to the following link for the desired result: https://postimg.cc/4m21xYtN

    We hope you can find the color that best suits your needs, whether it be a name or a color code.

    2) We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. Please clear your browser cache and revisit your site. We have adjusted the width of the wishlist widget under the header builder, which has solved the issue. Hello @eausiris,

    We suggest that you turn off the Mobile Content Optimization option (Theme Options > General) if you are using a cache plugin for mobile devices, as both optimization options can conflict with each other.

    Additionally, we suggest that you navigate to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources, and set them to Off.

    Additionally, please provide your website’s WordPress Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic so that we can further investigate the issue on your site and provide assistance.

    If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our support team is always available to help.

    Hello, @tim,

    Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    We understand that you are looking for a way to make changes to the accordion element. Unfortunately, this is a default functionality of the accordion element and would require additional customization: https://postimg.cc/8svf3ZvK

    If you would like to pursue paid customization services, we recommend submitting a customization request to the WPKraken team.

    Alternatively, you may try using the Toggle element to solve your issue.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello, @Pit,

    If you are using the 8theme Brand Carousel element on your website, it should take you to the corresponding brand page when you click on it. This is the default functionality of that element: https://postimg.cc/JDcLfmd1

    However, it appears to not be working on your site. This may be due to the fact that the brands do not have any products assigned. Please ensure that products are assigned to the brands and check back again.

    Alternatively, please provide us with your website’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can investigate further and assist you.

    Hello @Laskowidz,

    Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    1. To translate/change “Quantity” on the product page when using a mobile device, please copy and paste the following CSS code into XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. Once you have cleared the browser cache of the mobile device, the issue should be resolved.

    @media only screen and (max-width: 480px){
    .single-product-builder .et_product-block form.cart .quantity-wrapper:before {
        content: 'Value' !important;
    }
    }

    Please note that you will need to change the word ‘Value’ to your desired text.

    2. To modify the banner on the main page, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page Layout > Shop Page Banner Content. There you can view the shortcode and then proceed to Dashboard > Static blocks.

    There you can edit the relevant static block according to your needs.

    Hello, @Isabel Lima,

    We have determined that the Ads Tabs Woocommerce plugin is a third-party plugin. To ensure that the issue is with our theme and not the plugin, could you please activate the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, and check the behavior? If the issue persists with the default WordPress Theme, we suggest that you reach out to the plugin support for further assistance. Once the issue is resolved with the default WordPress Theme, it should also work properly with our theme.

    Hello @syndr0me,

    Unfortunately, there is no available option in the theme to achieve this, so it can only be done using Custom CSS. Please try copying and pasting the following CSS code into XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and then clear your browser cache to see the changes.

    .sidebar-widget ul li>ul.children li:hover {
        background-color: #FD6900 ;
