Hi there,
I wanted to know if there is a way of using a video or a gif instead of the featured image of a product on the shop page.

Hello Jennifer,
You can set the video for the product by editing the product under the “Product Video” section. You can either upload your video to your site media or use the Youtube or Vimeo video iframe code. Additionally, you can set the position of your video at the start or last from XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Gallery >> Product Video Position.
