    Hello @makeitsimple,

    It appears that one of the custom CSS codes you have implemented on your site is causing this issue.

    Please refer to the screenshot provided at the following link: https://postimg.cc/21Jn7sRc.

    We suggest that you locate and remove this custom CSS code from your site, which can be found under Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS.

    Hello, Namaste,

    To change/disable Elementor Default Fonts settings in Elementor and prevent it from using global fonts, you can follow these steps:

    Access your WordPress admin dashboard.

    Go to “Elementor” in the sidebar menu and click on “Settings.”

    In the “Settings” page, click on the “General” tab.

    Check the option “Disable Default Fonts”.

    Save the changes by clicking the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page.

    For reference, see the image here: https://postimg.cc/ppwQtNrw

    We hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Hello, @majkvvv,

    We have conducted a review of your website using Google Page Insight, and the results are 55% on mobile and 61% on desktop. Attached is a screenshot of the results: https://postimg.cc/47YmbXTn.

    We always recommend following the recommendations provided by the testing site, and here are those suggestions: https://postimg.cc/GBW1VRy4.

    Here are a few suggestions to improve your site’s performance:

    1. Reducing the First Contentful Paint (FCP) and Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) is crucial for improving the perceived loading speed of your website. FCP/LCP measures the time it takes for the first piece of content to appear on the screen. Here are some tips to reduce FCP/LCP:

    Optimize server response time:
    Minimize render-blocking resources:
    Optimize critical rendering path:
    Compress and optimize images:
    Enable browser caching:
    Use a content delivery network (CDN)

    2. You have to change the method of loading images (Customizer -> Speed Optimization Image Loading Type -> Lazy).

    3. You have to enable settings to speed up the website –
    Customizer -> Speed Optimization-> Disable Old Browser Support
    Customizer -> Speed Optimization->Ajax Menu Dropdown
    Customizer -> Speed Optimization->Menu Dropdown Cache

    4. You have to enable Ajax loading for the following page elements:
    https://prnt.sc/9ssaqhYXOgiR
    https://prnt.sc/X_jObJDcLKSQ

    It made some improvements in the speed, however, the main issue remains the large number of styles and their loading speed. To solve this issue, we suggest that you:

    5. Install a cache plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

    6. Upgrade Hosting: If you have tried the above optimizations and are still experiencing slow loading times and 503 errors, it may be worth considering upgrading your hosting plan. A higher-performance hosting plan can provide more resources and better server response times.

    Hope this helps to speed up your website.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello @PR,

    We understand that you have a query regarding the content of a static block. We would like to explain that the scroll to the right appears on specific screen resolutions so that customers can scroll and view the content which is hidden on the right side. Removing the scroll to the right will not allow customers to scroll and the content will be cut off. Therefore, we suggest not to remove the scroller.

    However, if you still wish to try, you can use the following CSS code to remove the scroll to the bottom.

    .et_b_header-menu:not(.header-secondary-menu) li:hover>.nav-sublist-dropdown:not(.nav-sublist) {
        overflow-x: hidden !important;
    }

    We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello @PR,

    We appreciate that 90% width would be a good idea.

    However, as we previously explained, it is not possible to change the position of the cross button with CSS as doing so would make it unclickable.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello, @webpat,

    1) In order to resolve your issue, please edit the relevant static block using Elementor > Edit the relevant element > Advanced > Xstore Ajaxify > Lazy Load > Toggle it OFF and Publish it.

    Once this is done, please check back on your site.

    For further reference, please refer to the image provided at the following link: https://postimg.cc/v4T7Jn3h

    2) We have conducted an investigation and determined that the issue you are experiencing is due to the CDN being enabled on your site. Please refer to the attached image for further reference: https://postimg.cc/kDwb74Vp

    To deactivate the CDN on your site, we recommend that you contact your web hosting provider. Ask them to flush the complete CDN and server cache and disable the CDN for your website until you are in the development process.

    If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

    We recommend that you temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, clear your browser cache, and then check again.

    3) We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
