Banner not showing the Tabs content on homepage

    Hi,

    I have put two sections on homepage banner….. one is the Tabs which shows 1) Bestselling 2) Recently viewed and 3) Bestseller products

    This is working as Static Block but the 2nd and 3rd Tab is not showing the content on homepage…

    It keeps fetching the data and shows the rotating symbol…

    It was working fine few days back…

    can you please check

    Hello, @webpat,

    1) In order to resolve your issue, please edit the relevant static block using Elementor > Edit the relevant element > Advanced > Xstore Ajaxify > Lazy Load > Toggle it OFF and Publish it.

    Once this is done, please check back on your site.

    2) We have conducted an investigation and determined that the issue you are experiencing is due to the CDN being enabled on your site. Please refer to the attached image for further reference: https://postimg.cc/kDwb74Vp

    To deactivate the CDN on your site, we recommend that you contact your web hosting provider. Ask them to flush the complete CDN and server cache and disable the CDN for your website until you are in the development process.

    If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

    We recommend that you temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, clear your browser cache, and then check again.

    3) We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Its not working even after selecting lay load off and removing CDN…… why its working as independent static block and not with the home page…

    This is a complicated situation that doesn’t have a perfect solution, unfortunately, but we can suggest you select one of the next ways:
    1/ Do not make the Front page and Shop the same page.
    2/ Instead of using product tabs, use a Products Grid/Products List/Products Carousel element there.
    3/ Instead of using current tabs, use the general tabs element, in which each tab will have a static block displaying products of different types (featured/bestselling/etc.).

    It was working perfectly fine few days back…after update of theme only this problem has come…… can you not check and fix from your end?

    even if you see the contents are showing perfectly in the static block names clock independently…. only on shop page it misbehaves

    What do you mean by a few days back? = Our latest update was on May 23 → https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/
    Did you check the problem with the previous version of theme? We are sure there were no changes that made such an issue.
    We also need FTP access to check for debug logs on your server and the situation more deeply.

    To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
