1. Unfortunately, there is no contact widget available for the mobile header at this time. However, we recommend creating a static block with the desired content and then selecting the particular static block in the settings of the HTML block via the Mobile Header builder. 2. By default, there is only one button widget available for both the Desktop and Mobile header. However, you can add more buttons, such as Button 1 and Button 2, to the Mobile Header Builder. To do this, you can use an HTML block. To do this, please go to Dashboard > Static Blocks > Add New and create the desired content. Then, select this static block in the settings of the HTML block via the Desktop and Mobile Header Builder.

The error message you’re encountering suggests that the allow_url_fopen setting is disabled on your server’s configuration.

To resolve this issue, Please try to contact your service provider and ask them to fix this.

Alternatively, we suggest that you try to upload the SVG icon locally instead of fetching the SVG file from a remote URL. You can download it and upload it under the Floating Menu > Items.

It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

We cannot guarantee full compatibility with all existing third-party plugins. In some cases, additional customization may be required to make the theme and plugin work together. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to make the theme compatible with all existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

We have reviewed your website and discovered that the main and secondary headers are duplicates. To resolve this issue, please go to the WordPress dashboard, select Appearance, then Menus. From there, select the Main Menu and Secondary Menu, and delete the duplicate menu before saving the settings. It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation.
For this you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/
The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.

Please do the reset and reply with temporary wp-admin access under the private content area and let us know which demo you would like to import. We will help you with the import.
