    Hello William Hsueh,

    Unfortunately, the Floating Menu only allows for the manual upload of SVG icons from media. This is the default functionality of the feature and cannot be altered. It is not possible to use other icons such as FontAwesome/XStore icons code/class in the SVG field.

    Hello @hans,

    When you switch between a child theme and its parent theme, your widgets and theme options (including the content of the header builder) may be different, as the child theme does not inherit all of the parent theme’s options, and the parent theme does not inherit the child theme’s options.

    Therefore, before switching from the correct theme (where everything is as it should be), you should export the theme options (Theme Options > Export/Import) and then import them after switching. Widgets should be moved to the correct areas at Appearance > Widgets.

    Hello, Shehzad Ghazi,

    We attempted to access your Wishlist page after logging in, however, the provided WordPress Admin Login details were not successful. Upon further inspection, we noticed two wishlist icons on your site, one from our theme and the other from the Yith WooCommerce Wishlist plugin. We suggest disabling the plugin and using it one at a time to avoid any conflicts.

    To set the default settings for the Xstore built-in Wishlist page, please watch and follow the steps outlined in the video provided here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZyjZ-vCx0pE.

    Hello, @montse,

    That actually is the padding, which has been set to the single product page breadcrumbs, Please ensure that the paddings are correctly set from XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Breadcrumbs >> “Computed Box” as shown in the screenshot provided (https://postimg.cc/WtJPd2kD).

    Alternatively, you can copy and paste the following CSS code to XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. This should solve your issue.

    @media (min-width: 993px){
    body.single-product .page-heading {
    padding-top: 28.152px !important;
    }
    }

    Hello @alimrangpby,

    We attempted to view the video you provided, however, it was not available. We then checked your site and were able to identify the issue.

    We recommend that you navigate to XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Cart/Checkout Layout and turn OFF the Advanced Layout. After saving the changes and clearing the browser cache, please check your site again. We believe this should resolve your issue.

    If the issue persists, we suggest you try disabling the “Cartflows” plugin, as it appears to be the source of the issue.

    Hello @HUSSTLE,

    We understand that you are using a third-party plugin, and as such, the theme options will not work on it. If you wish, you can use the following Custom CSS code to change the appearance of the plugin:

    .aws-container.aws-js-seamless {
        width: 100% !important;
    }
    #header .aws-container .aws-search-form .aws-search-btn.aws-form-btn {
        background-color: #fff !important;

    }
    #header .aws-container .aws-search-form .aws-search-btn svg {
        fill: #000 !important;
    }
    .aws-container .aws-search-form {
        height: 50px !important;
    }

    Please copy and paste this code into Xstore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS, and then clear your browser cache.

    The result should look like this: https://postimg.cc/d7zVCkNf

    We hope this helps.

    Hello, @C18_IT,

    To hide out-of-stock items completely from your WooCommerce store, you can use a combination of settings and. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to achieve this:

    1. WooCommerce Settings:
    First, make sure you have configured the basic settings related to stock management in WooCommerce. To do this, go to your WordPress admin dashboard and navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory.

    a. Enable “Manage stock” option: Check the box next to “Manage stock” to activate stock management for your products.
    b. Enable “Stock status options”: Under the “Stock status options” section, ensure you have selected the appropriate settings for “Out of stock visibility”:

    “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” – This option should be selected to prevent out-of-stock products from appearing on your shop pages.

    2. Update Product Stock Status:
    After ensuring the above settings are configured, you need to update the stock status of your products. To do this for each product:

    a. Go to your WordPress admin dashboard.
    b. Navigate to Products > All Products.
    c. Find the product you want to update and click on “Edit” below the product title.
    d. In the Product Data section, click on the “Inventory” tab.
    e. Update the “Stock status” to either “In stock” or “Out of stock” based on the current availability of the product.
    f. Click the “Update” button to save your changes.

    Repeat these steps for each product that has a stock status that needs to be updated.

    Hello @cheyingtan,

    You can adjust the post image size for the blog page to a custom size from Xstore >> Theme Options >> Blog >> Blog Layout >> Post Designs according to your needs.

    Alternatively, if you only want to change the image height, you can use the following Custom CSS and adjust the height value as desired:

    .blog article.blog-post .wp-picture, article.post-grid .wp-picture {
        height: 350px !important;
    }

    Hello, @PR,

    We regret to inform you that it is not possible to achieve your desired outcome with the current version of the theme. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

    If you would like to pursue paid customization services, we recommend submitting a customization request to the Codeable team via their website: https://www.codeable.io/?ref=qGTdX

    Alternatively, you can post your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If it receives enough votes from other customers, our development team will consider adding it in one of the upcoming updates.

    Hello, @PR,

    Thank you for your response, and we’re glad to hear that the issue has been resolved after clearing the browser’s history and cache. Yes, caching can often be the reason behind certain website display issues, including 404 errors or outdated content. When a webpage is loaded, the browser stores certain elements of that page in its cache to speed up future visits. However, sometimes this cached data can become outdated or corrupted, leading to unexpected problems when accessing the site.

    By clearing the cache, you essentially forced the browser to fetch fresh data from the server, which likely resolved the previous error you were experiencing. It’s a common troubleshooting step that can help in various situations.

    If you encounter similar issues in the future, remember that clearing the cache is often a good first step to try. If the problem persists even after clearing the cache, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us again, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

    If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to let us know. We’re here to help!

    If you would like to display the sidebar on mobile with a close button, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Sidebar Position For Mobile > Select OFF Canvas and publish the changes. Please clear the mobile browser cache and check back.
