Facebook / Google Login not working. Error encountered and Message to try again later.

Hello,

I successfully completed tutorials about facebook and google login.

When I try to use the feature for both Facebook & Google. It gives me
Can’t Login with. undefined Please, try again later.

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

– In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.

– Make sure that the problem is not caused by custom code in child theme files.

I disabled plugins and only have the bare plugins active – 4 plugins.

Child theme functions.php only has a rounding function and change label function.

Thank you for your response.

In this case, please provide screenshots of your settings for Facebook / Google Login via the Private Content area, and temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Hello, Zio43,

About wp-admin access, please set the administrator role for the user in the Dashboard. We can’t check Theme Options and so on right now.

Did you add our user as admin in the app settings https://prnt.sc/t6j1b0 or in the FB settings? We do not see the invite from you on fb; don’t see your app in the list available for our user at https://developers.facebook.com/ We need your invite for us for the app. Add 8themes@gmail.com to the list of developers https://developers.facebook.com/docs/development/build-and-test/app-roles/?locale=en_US

Hello, Zio43,

We have resolved your issue, which was related to the file_get_contents function.

On the server, code may be running that changes the response based on the request method (e.g. POST, GET). This can lead to different responses. We have added fixes to prevent this.

The changes were made to the following files:
et-core-plugin/app/traits/base.php
et-core-plugin/packages/vendor/opauth/facebook/FacebookStrategy.php
et-core-plugin/packages/vendor/opauth/google/GoogleStrategy.php

The fix will also be included in the next update.
