Blue message “to use this element select instagram user” keeps popping up

Hi there, new to the forum.

I keep seeing the blue alert message “Blue message “to use this element select instagram user” even though my instagram is already setup properly.

This is the page where the message is showing:

How can I get rid of this alert?
