    Hello

Purchased today and installed Xstore with the real estate demo on a fresh wp install and the home page is giving issues. I am very disappointed with this for such a popular theme. It’s frustrating my progress as I am on a tight deadline here. Please resolve my issues urgently.

I searched the forum before posting https://www.8theme.com/search/?bbp_search=revolution+slider&bbp_forum_id=128990, so all relevant info has been provided.

    My issues:
    1. Logo on the home page is still displaying X Store Real Estate instead of my logo – see https://prnt.sc/j3S_pIJe1zc6. It displays correctly on the other pages – see https://prnt.sc/oe4qot5UJkV7

    2. I cannot edit the home page slider. I understand the theme doesn’t include the premium version of Rev slider, but I should be able to edit your default slideshow for the Real Estate theme. I cannot. I have downloaded the Revolution Sliders Demo from https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ but there’s no Real Estate option in the list of files – see https://prnt.sc/ML-O9ToGz2Lv

If I try to edit the home page with elementor it gives the error “this is just a demo” over the header/logo/revolution slider portion – see https://prnt.sc/xwX4XZWtas-D

If I try to edit with WP Bakery as per your outdated support video it gives the following error – see https://prnt.sc/RO6Tv3EkUdkk

    I need urgent assistance here.

    Thank You

    Hello, @Aadil,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    1. We have addressed your issue by editing the custom header under Xstore > Theme Options > Header Builder > Multiple headers for the Front page. Please clear your browser cache and revisit your site to confirm the resolution.

Please refer to the image provided at the following link for further reference: https://imgur.com/JnedJon & https://imgur.com/8fadKYe

    2. We have successfully edited your page using the Elementor page builder. We have edited the slider element and you can change the background image of the slider item as per your requirements. Please refer to the screenshot provided at the following link: https://postimg.cc/Rqf41Gry.

Therefore, there is no need to purchase the premium version of the plugin as you can easily edit it with the one that came with the theme package.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.

    Hello

Thank you for replying to my previous post. I saw the changes you made, however I am still having huge problems with the header.

I want the same header to appear on the home page as the rest of the pages. In trying to achieve this, I removed the condition in multi header see https://prnt.sc/EFQTbSS287Cu – Okay so far.

However when trying to change the header options, I changed the header option in the “ready to go headers”. Despite changing back to “Real Estate” it doesn’t go back to the real estate style according to the theme. Why? I have worked on many WordPress themes but I have never experienced this sort of thing. Surely, I should be able to go back to the theme layout at any time? If I select “Reset Header Builder” it doesn’t reset the header to the theme default either.

I don’t need a crazy amount of customisation. I like the real estate theme you created, but I need the primary colour to be red #DC1818 instead of green. And I can’t seem to find the settings to change this.

So to clarify, I need you to make the following changes:

    1. I want the Header on my site to be like https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/real-estate/about-us/ on all pages on my site, but I want a search bar as well. This is extremely important

    2. The menu links should be red #DC1818 and Hover #969696 instead of green, as should be the line underneath (if possible). If not, select the upside down arrow option for the hover.

    3. The “my account”, “wishlist” and “cart” should all be red #DC1818 and Hover #969696 – instead of the green colour of the theme.

    4. All buttons (like “add to basket”, “contact property”, etc.) throughout the website should all be red #DC1818 and Hover #969696 – instead of the green colour of the theme.

Can you please make these changes so I can start creating my content for the website?

    Thank you

    1. We have removed the Entire Site Condition from your multiple headers and set the Real State Demo header as the default header for your entire site. Please clear your browser cache and check back to your site. For your reference, please see the screenshots below.
