    We have identified the issue you are encountering. It appears to be due to the width of the column. You have configured the slider to display four slides simultaneously, however, the column does not have sufficient space to accommodate all four slides at once.

    To resolve this, we recommend setting the slider to display only one slide at a time. This adjustment should rectify the issue.

    We suggest that you turn off the Mobile Content Optimization option (Theme Options > General) if you are using a cache plugin for mobile devices, as both optimization options can conflict with each other.

    If the issue still persists then create temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
