    Hello, @Maitreya Patni,

    We regret any inconvenience caused. It appears that you are attempting to create a custom single product page layout using the Elementor page builder and wish to utilize the pre-built single product builder feature widget named ‘Additional Custom Block’ from our theme.

    The ‘Additional Custom Block’ is designed to display extra product information using Static Blocks, which are shown beneath the product tabs.

    Unfortunately, we must inform you that this is not feasible. The ‘Additional Custom Block’ is a widget specific to our theme’s pre-built single product builder functionality and can only be used within that context.

    However, we suggest trying the ‘Additional Information’ element or the Elementor page builder, as they can display the same content as the ‘Additional Custom Block’. For your reference, please see this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/K4rzPkgn

    We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

    Hello, @Stefan,

    We are pleased to hear that the custom CSS code we provided has successfully resolved your issue with the Mini Cart.

    To address your issue on the Cart page, we kindly request you to copy and paste the following CSS code into the Xstore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. Please ensure to clear your browser cache before checking your site again.

    Here is the CSS code:

    .fc-cart-contents-actions span.wsc_save_share_cart_btns a.button.wsc_share_cart {
        color: #fff !important;
    }

    For your reference, we have attached a screenshot: https://postimg.cc/0MvqHr1m

    If you prefer to attempt this on your own, you will need to apply the CSS code to the main class of the element by inspecting it in the browser. For further learning, we recommend referring to W3schools: https://www.w3schools.com/css/

    We trust this information will be of assistance to you. Should you require further support, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    In order to solve your issue, Please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources > Off.

    Hello, @mariangio,

    In order to achieve the outcome you desire, it is necessary to adjust the left and right padding of the column. This is because the single image is the element located within that column, and the padding represents the space between the container and the content within it.

    We have set a dummy padding of 10px on both the left and right, as demonstrated in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/wRTqhXnM.

    This adjustment appears to be functioning optimally on your site, as evidenced by this resulting screenshot: https://postimg.cc/nXwDMzjq.

    You can now adjust the padding for the elements according to your specific needs by following the instructions provided above. We trust this information will be of assistance to you.

    We recommend disabling the Mobile Content Optimization feature (found under Xstore > Theme Options > General) if you are utilizing a cache plugin for mobile devices. This is due to the potential for conflict between the two optimization options. https://postimg.cc/qz33b1cQ

    Hello, @Cr3atorf1lm,

    Yes, you can export a page created with Elementor from one WordPress site and import it into another site with a similar template using Elementor’s built-in import/export feature. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you do that:

    Exporting a Page with Elementor:

    1. Log in to the source WordPress site where you have the page you want to export.

    2. Edit the page you want to export using Elementor.

    3. In the Elementor editor, click the “Save” button to save your changes.

    4. After saving, click the arrow icon at the top left corner of the editor to open the Elementor dashboard.

    5. From the dashboard, click the “Export Template” option.

    6. A popup window will appear with export options. Choose “Page” as the export type.

    7. Give your template a name and click the “Export Now” button. This will generate a .json file of your page template.

    8. Download the .json file to your local computer.

    Importing the Page to Another Site:

    1. Log in to the target WordPress site where you want to import the page.

    2. Ensure you have Elementor and Elementor Pro (if you used Pro features) installed and activated on the target site.

    3. Create a new page or edit an existing one where you want to import the page.

    4. In the Elementor editor, click the folder icon in the bottom panel to open the Elementor template library.

    5. Switch to the “My Templates” tab.

    6. Click the “Import Template” button.

    7. Upload the .json file you downloaded from the source site.

    8. Elementor will now import the page template. After the import is complete, you can click the “Insert” button to add the imported page to your current page.

    9. Edit the imported page as needed to make sure it matches your target site’s design and content.

    10. Once you are satisfied with the imported page, click the “Update” button to save your changes.

    That’s it! You have successfully exported a page with Elementor from one site and imported it into another with a similar template.
