    Hello, @Kostas,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1) Please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources > Off.

Activate the mentioned options once all changes to the site will be done.

    2) We have identified a solution to the issue you are experiencing with the menu on your mobile device. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Navigate to Xstore.
    2. Select Theme Options.
    3. Proceed to General/Layout.
    4. Choose Mobile Optimization.
    5. Turn it OFF.
    6. Click on Publish.

After completing these steps, please clear your mobile browser cache and revisit your site to check if the problem has been resolved.

Please refer to the attached image for further information.
    https://postimg.cc/xkcByjny

    3) If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

We recommend that you temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, clear your browser cache, and then check again.

    Hello, @Lani,

    Thank you for your response.

Do you mean the single blog post featured image: https://postimg.cc/gngw2mSV ?

If you’ve imported all posts from a live WordPress site to a staging site and the blog post pictures are not showing, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some steps you can take to diagnose and fix the problem:

    1) Check the Media Library: First, make sure that the images from the live site were imported into the media library of the staging site. Go to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to “Media” and check if the images are present there.

    2) Clear Cache: If you’re using a caching plugin on your staging site, clear the cache and try accessing the posts again. Sometimes, cached versions of pages may not display new images.

    3) Re-upload Missing Images: You may need to manually re-upload the missing images to your staging site and update the image links in your posts accordingly.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the issue with images not displaying on your WordPress staging site after importing posts from the live site. Remember to back up your staging site before making any significant changes to avoid data loss.

We trust that this solution will effectively address your concern.

    Hello, @MAHDAR,

    2) We kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

If the problem persists even with the default WordPress Theme, it would suggest that our theme is not the cause of the issues. In such a scenario, we recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Hello, @CodedP,

Thank you for the update and for taking the time to troubleshoot this issue. It’s great to hear that it worked on the staging site initially. Upgrading PHP versions can sometimes be a bit tricky, and it seems like there might be some compatibility issues with PHP 8.1 on the main site.

Going from PHP 7.4 to 8.2 to 8.1 in such a short time frame could indeed lead to complications, as different PHP versions can have varying requirements and dependencies.

Your plan to wait a week and ensure stability on the staging site before attempting the upgrade again is a prudent approach. It gives you the opportunity to thoroughly test and identify any potential issues in a controlled environment.

If you encounter any more problems or have further questions during the process, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to assist and make sure the transition to PHP 8.1 is as smooth as possible.

    Hello, @Krzysztof,

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    Hello, @ecommercedev,

We are pleased to hear that your issue has been resolved and you have managed to identify the cause of the problem.

It appears that you were using a plugin for Ajax pagination and infinite scroll, while simultaneously utilizing the prebuilt functionality of the theme to load products. This resulted in a conflict between the two Ajax options.

To avoid such conflicts in the future, we recommend using only one functionality at a time. You can either use the plugin or the default functionality of the theme, but not both simultaneously. We trust this explanation clarifies the situation.

    Thank you for your understanding.

I want to add registration and login in the canvas, not separately.

We regret to inform you that it is not possible to achieve your desired outcome with the current version of the theme. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

If you would like to pursue paid customization services, we recommend submitting a customization request to the Codeable team via their website: https://www.codeable.io/?ref=qGTdX
