    Hello, @Hanzla Nadeem,

1)Thank you for reaching out to us with your queries Regarding the first point you raised about a dynamic product container on hover, unfortunately, XStore does not provide an exact replication of the product display feature you observed on the website you mentioned. However, we offer an alternative through the XStore Products Masonry element or XStore Categories Masonry element, which can be utilized to enhance your product presentation.

The hover effect on product containers and the inclusion of major category images in your product list.

Regarding the hover effect you mentioned, I understand that you observed a website where hovering on a product results in the product container doubling in size to reveal additional product information. While XStore does not provide an exact product masonry feature, you can achieve a similar effect using the XStore Product Masonry and Categories Masonry elements. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you implement this feature:

    a)Navigate to the WordPress dashboard.
b)Edit or create a page, post, or static block using Elementor.
c)Drag and drop the XStore Product Masonry widget onto the desired section of your page.

    2)For product masonry:

a)Explore the settings in the Content, Style, and Advanced sections of the XStore Product Masonry element.
b)Adjust the settings according to your preferences to achieve the desired hover effect.

    3)For category masonry:

a)Similarly, use the XStore Categories Masonry element for categories.
b)Adjust the settings in the Content, Style, and Advanced sections to customize the appearance.

    Hello, @Hanzla Nadeem,

Understand that you have attempted to modify the background color of the mobile menu using custom code, encountering an unintended side effect on the background color of the quick view canvas. Allow me to provide you with a more effective solution that leverages the built-in functionalities of the XStore theme.

To customize the background color of the mobile menu without affecting other mini contents, you can utilize the theme’s intuitive settings. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

    a)Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
    b)Go to “XStore”.
    c)Select “Theme Settings.”
    d)Click on “Header Builder.”

Within the Header Builder section, locate the specific customization option for the Mobile Menu background color. Typically, you can find this under the “Mobile Menu” settings.

Once you are in the Mobile Menu settings, scroll to the “WCAG Background Control” option. From there, you can easily change the background color of the mobile menu to your desired shade without requiring any custom code.

    Hello, @Hanzla Nadeem,

Upon reviewing your concern, we’d like to inform you that we have already taken the necessary steps to address the alignment issue.

Previously, we disabled the Elementor mini cart template via Elementor >> Settings >> Integration >> WooCommerce, and the XStore mini cart is now functioning correctly on your site. We have thoroughly tested the mini cart on various pages, including shop products and category pages, and we can confirm that the XStore mini cart is the only one in use.

To ensure that you are viewing the corrected version, we kindly request you to clear your browser cache. Additionally, we recommend checking the website in private or incognito mode to ensure that any cached data does not interfere with the updated display.

For your convenience, we have attached a visual reference to this email. You can also view a demonstration of the corrected mini cart functionality by clicking on the following video link: https://www.veed.io/view/ca7ff67a-4fc0-4d2a-a541-4bb13edd88dd?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

    Hello, @Hamiltonssm,

Thank you for reaching out, and we appreciate your inquiry regarding the modification of the stock display on the “In Stock” notification for products.

To achieve the specific customization you’re seeking, the recommended approach involves editing each product individually. Here are the steps:

a)Navigate to the product you wish to modify.
b)Go to “Product Data” and then select the “Inventory” tab.
c)Uncheck the option labeled “Track stock quantity for this product.”
d)Ensure that the “In stock” option is enabled.
e)Finally, click “Update” to save the changes.
By following these steps, you will retain the “In stock” message while removing the display of the stock quantity on the single product page. Unfortunately, there isn’t a theme-wide option or functionality to apply this modification to all products simultaneously.

    Hello, @GTP,

    2) You’re welcome! If you have any further questions or need assistance along the way, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help!

    3) After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that achieving the exact motion effect you’re looking for with the XStore marquee widget might not be feasible. However, we understand the importance of providing a dynamic and engaging user experience.

As an alternative solution, we recommend utilizing the Elementor Image default widget. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

a)Add the Elementor Image default widget to any section of your website.
b)Upload the image you’d like to use, such as an arrow.
c)In the widget settings, navigate to Advanced >> Motion Effect.
d)Enable the mouse effect and set the Mouse track option.

For your convenience, we have attached a visual reference in the provided image link:
    https://imgur.com/a/ZADetlM
    https://imgur.com/a/sH3IeiW .

This approach allows you to incorporate a subtle motion effect when users hover over the image, creating a visually appealing interaction. We believe this solution can provide a similar dynamic feel to the user experience.

Additionally, we have included documentation on the Elementor Scrolling Text Effect for your reference. This documentation offers insights into creating a custom marquee with different animations according to your preferences:https://elementor.com/academy/create-an-exit-scrolling-text-effect/

    4) We understand that you want to place the marquee element inside a small container with a distinct background color and have the element appear in a smaller size, not spanning the full width. We are pleased to inform you that achieving this customization is indeed possible.

To implement the desired layout, kindly follow these steps:

    a)Add a four-column section to your webpage.
b)Customize the background of the section by adding a background image or color of your choice. In your case, you mentioned a green background similar to the website on the PCA.
c)Place the XStore Marquee element within the specific column where you want it to be displayed.
d)Adjust the marquee settings to achieve the desired appearance. Specifically, navigate to the style section and customize the typography settings to make the marquee element smaller in size.

For your convenience, we have prepared a visual reference to guide you through these steps. You can access it through the following image link:
    https://imgur.com/a/ymTvTpy
    https://imgur.com/a/2O7ut5Z.

    5) The effect you’re observing is indeed achievable through the use of a background video with color-changing properties. To implement this on your site, follow these steps:

a)Add a container section to your webpage.
b)Integrate a background video with color-changing effects into this container section. This will create the captivating backdrop that you’ve noticed behind the marquee element.
c)Subsequently, place the XStore Marquee element on top of this container to achieve the overlay effect.

    Hello, @Hanzla Nadeem,

Thank you for bringing the off-canvas cart alignment issue to our attention, and I appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve it. After a thorough investigation, we have identified the root cause of the alignment discrepancies you were experiencing on various pages, except the home page.

The issue persisted due to the concurrent usage of the Elementor >> Settings >> Integration >> WooCommerce >> Mini Cart Template. Our analysis revealed that the XStore mini cart XStore >>Theme Setting >>Header Builder >> Cart and the Elementor mini cart were conflicting with each other, resulting in the alignment disturbances you observed.

To address this, we have taken the necessary steps to disable the Elementor mini cart template.

We understand the importance of a seamless and visually appealing shopping experience for our customers. Going forward, please be mindful that enabling both the XStore mini cart and Elementor mini cart simultaneously may lead to conflicts. We recommend utilizing one mini cart at a time to ensure optimal functionality and alignment consistency.

    Hello, @Zenka,

    1) Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention, and I appreciate your diligence in providing detailed screenshots for reference.

After careful examination, we want to assure you that we have thoroughly reviewed the reported issue regarding the absence of the “Returning Member Login” line on your checkout page.

The reason you are not seeing the “Returning Member Login” line could be due to your current login status in the WordPress dashboard. When logged in, the system recognizes your status as an existing user, and as a result, the option for returning customer login is not displayed on the checkout page. To confirm this, kindly check the checkout page in private or incognito mode, and you should observe the “Returning customer: Click here to login” option.

For a visual reference, We have attached images illustrating these steps:https://imgur.com/a/l0Y0usz

Furthermore, we have reviewed the CSS code previously provided, and it is correctly configured to display both the Returning Customer and Coupon lines on a single line. To ensure this functionality is implemented correctly, kindly follow the steps outlined in our previous communication and paste the CSS code accordingly.

    Hello, @GTP,

1&2) Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your interest in customizing the XStore Text button elements on your website. We understand the importance of creating an engaging and visually appealing user experience. While we cannot precisely replicate the style of the button from the provided web link, we are pleased to guide you through the available options to enhance the appearance and interactivity of the XStore Text button.

To achieve the desired effects you mentioned, please follow these steps:

    a) Hover Effects:

Insert the XStore Text button on your desired post, page, or static block.
Navigate to the button settings: Contents >> General.
Explore the “Hover effects” section, where you can choose from options like underline, overline, and more. This will provide a subtle yet effective visual change when the button is hovered over.

    b) Animation Effects:

Still, within the same settings page, navigate to Contents >> General.
In this section, you’ll find the “Animation Effect” options. Choose from effects such as Zoom, Pulse, and others to add dynamic and eye-catching animations around the button.

    c) Style Customization:

Continue to customize the appearance of your button in the “Style” section.
Set the normal and hover colors to match your website’s color scheme.
Adjust the typography to ensure a consistent and appealing look.

    d) Advanced Section:
Explore the “Advanced” section for additional customization options.

For a visual reference, I have attached images illustrating these steps:
    https://imgur.com/a/lhNcMQv
    https://imgur.com/a/5YQ1mor

    3) After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that the specific hover animation you are looking for is currently not available in the XStore Text Button. However, we have a viable solution for achieving the desired effect using Elementor, specifically in the button’s settings.

To implement the requested hover animation, kindly follow these steps:

    a) Access the Elementor editor.
    b) Navigate to the button you wish to customize.
    c) Open the Style section of the button.
    d) Within the Style section, locate the Hover tab.
    e) Set the hover animation to “Bounce in.”

By applying this configuration, the button will appear larger while being hovered over, and it will seamlessly revert to its original size when the mouse is no longer over the button.

    Hello, @GTP,

    1) You’re welcome!

    2) Thank you for reaching out to us with your query. Regarding your question about placing the marquee element “on top” of a video or gif, yes, it is indeed possible.

To achieve this, you can use the layering feature within Elementor to ensure that the marquee element is positioned above the video or gif element. Elementor provides a comprehensive documentation guide on layering elements, and you can find detailed instructions in the following link:https://elementor.com/academy/gradient-background-add-gradient-effects-to-wordpress/

Additionally, for the dynamic background color change in the specific area, Elementor offers a versatile solution through gradient effects. To assist you in implementing this feature seamlessly, we recommend referring to the instructional video provided in the following link: https://www.veed.io/view/e6811163-2d3d-4f6d-9870-ee73490039f7?sharingWidget=true&panel=share .

    3) To address your concern, I’m pleased to inform you that you can indeed incorporate dynamic elements, including arrows, into the content of the XStore Marquee. The process is straightforward, and I’d be happy to guide you through it.

    Please follow these steps:

    a) XStore Marquee Settings >> Content>> General.
    b) Locate and click on the “Add Media” button within the editor.
    c) Select the media type you wish to add, such as images or icons, and choose the arrow element you prefer.
    d) Adjust the placement and styling options to suit your design preferences.

For a visual reference, I have attached images illustrating these steps:https://imgur.com/a/Eh1eCor

    4) To address your request for a smaller marquee element, kindly follow the steps below:

    a) Navigate to the “Style” section within your website’s dashboard.
    b) Under “Items,” locate the “Typography” settings.
    c) Within the “Typography” settings, you will find an option to adjust the size of the content. You can set the desired size to make the marquee element smaller.
    d) Additionally, if you have incorporated any media elements, please be aware that you can also customize their sizes to align with your preferences.

    Hello, @Gaurav,

We have recently conducted a thorough review of your website and discovered that the issue you are experiencing is due to an SSL problem. Upon further inspection, we identified a “Mixed Content error” in the console. This indicates that while SSL is configured on your website from the server end, your site URL has not been set as HTTPS.

Please refer to the attached screenshot for more details: https://ibb.co/wpZQGr7

We kindly request you to contact your hosting provider and ask them to change the “WordPress Address (URL) & Site Address (URL)” to HTTPS. Once this change has been made, please clear your browser cache and check your site again.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, @GTP,

    1) You’re welcome! If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.

    2) Absolutely! The captivating scrolling effects you observed on X-Store’s website are indeed achieved through Elementor. For a detailed guide and visual reference, we recommend exploring the Elementor (Scrolling Effects) documentation available at the following link: https://elementor.com/help/scrolling-effects-vertical-scroll/ .

    3) Absolutely, you can enhance your website’s visual appeal by incorporating animations on various elements. For buttons, utilize the XStore Text Button; navigate to Content >> General >> Animation Effect, and select your preferred animated effect.

To animate text, leverage the XStore Animated Headline. In Content >> General >> Style, enable Animation, and in the Animation tab, set your desired effect.

For container animation, edit the container, go to Advanced Section >> Motion Effect, and choose Entrance animation. Additionally, explore Scrolling and Mouse effects for a comprehensive animation experience.

4)After carefully reviewing your description, it appears that the dynamic animation effects you’re referring to might be achieved through a combination of Elementor’s capabilities, specifically the scrolling and floating effects. These features empower users to create interactive and engaging elements that respond to user interactions and scrolling behavior.

To guide you through the process, we recommend exploring the Elementor XStore Documentation, which we have conveniently provided in the link below. This documentation is a comprehensive resource that covers a wide range of functionalities offered by Elementor, and it should assist you in replicating the desired animated blocks on your XStore website:https://elementor.com/blog/introducing-motion-effects/

    Kind Regards,
