    Hello, @Mitul,

    Thank you for your response.

We are delighted to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. To hide the “Wrapping” category from the shop sidebar’s Category widget, we have implemented the following CSS code:

    .widget_product_categories.sidebar-widget ul li.cat-item.cat-item-66 {
        display: none !important;
    }

This code has been added to your website’s theme settings under XStore >> Theme Setting >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS.

    Hello, @Marco A Jimenez,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon thorough review of your website, we are pleased to inform you that we have not identified any issues with the footer display; it appears to be functioning correctly. To further assist you, we have prepared a detailed video demonstration. We kindly request that you view the video in its entirety for your reference in private content area.

It is our assessment that the problem you are experiencing may be related to cache on your end. To address this, we advise you to navigate to the Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization section of your website’s dashboard. There, you should locate the options for Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources, and ensure that these options are deactivated.

Additionally, if you are currently using a cache plugin or a Content Delivery Network (CDN), we suggest temporarily disabling them to see if this resolves the issue.

2/ Additionally, You can use XStore Footer builder : https://www.8theme.com/documentation/documentation/xstore-builders/xstore-footer-builder-with-elementor#:~:text=To%20embark%20on%20the%20journey,footer%20templates%20for%20your%20convenience

Should the problem persist, we would be grateful if you could provide us with temporary administrative access to your website. You may share the login details securely through the private content area. This will enable us to examine your settings in detail and offer more precise assistance.

Before making any changes, we strongly recommend creating a complete backup of your website to safeguard your data.

We are committed to providing you with the best possible support and look forward to resolving this matter to your satisfaction.

    Hello, @proyectoswebit,

1)We understand that you mentioned an orange line being pre-marked in the store section, and the expectation is that when hovering over menu items, the line should only be displayed on the section in which the cursor is positioned.

After thorough testing, we want to assure you that we have visited your site multiple times, emulating different user scenarios, and we regret to inform you that we were unable to replicate the issue as described.

To provide you with a better understanding of the information, we have created a video for visual reference. You can view the video by clicking on the link below:https://www.veed.io/view/b62b52da-d5bb-4f04-9677-56b907714ab3?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

2)Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the mobile menu sub-item concern. We understand the importance of a seamless user experience and are committed to resolving this issue for you.

To address the matter, we recommend the following steps:

    1)Update Theme and Core Plugins:
Please ensure that your theme and core plugins are updated to the latest versions. Outdated versions may sometimes lead to compatibility issues.

    2)Temporary Disable Third-Party Plugins:
Temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins and check if the issue persists. This will help us identify whether the problem is related to any specific third-party plugin.

3)Check Mobile Menu Functionality on Our Test Site:
We have tested the mobile menu on our end, and it appears to be functioning correctly. This suggests that the issue may be specific to your site configuration.

    4)Permission for Debugging:
If the problem persists after the above steps, we kindly request your permission to debug your site. This will enable us to investigate the issue more deeply and provide an accurate solution.

Please follow the steps outlined above and let us know the outcome. If the problem persists, granting us permission to debug your site will expedite the resolution process.

    Hello, @Boucherie Diouri,

We are pleased to inform you that your reported issue regarding the inability to update the theme online or via FTP has been successfully resolved. In order to address the issue, we took the following steps:

Please find attached images for your convenience:

    Hello, @Peter,

Thank you for reaching out to us, and we appreciate your patience as we investigate the issue you’re experiencing. After a thorough check on your website and the other one where the product tabs are functioning correctly, we’d like to share some insights and suggestions.

Upon reviewing your current website, we noticed the presence of the third-party plugin “Massive Addons For WP Page Builder.” In the other website where the product tabs are working seamlessly, it appears that you are using the same plugin and its corresponding elements for visual reference.

It’s important to highlight that the functionality you are referring to might be dependent on this specific third-party plugin and its associated elements. Therefore, we recommend ensuring that you have incorporated the same plugin and its elements on the current website where you are encountering issues with the product tabs.

Please find attached images for your convenience:
    https://imgur.com/a/cgUa2OU
    https://imgur.com/a/OxQ4vKX

Additionally, we observed that your website is utilizing both Elementor and WPBakery page builders simultaneously. This combination could potentially lead to compatibility issues. To address this, we suggest using only one page builder at a time. Please consider sticking to the page builder that aligns with the plugins and elements you successfully implemented on the other website.

After making these adjustments, kindly test the functionality to see if the issue persists. If you encounter any further challenges or have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

    Yours sincerely,

    Hello, @buf,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We understand your concern about the stock status colors in the theme. To achieve the desired color scheme based on the remaining stock, follow these steps:

    1) Navigate to XStore > Theme Settings > WooCommerce (Shop Element) > Shop Element.

In the “Advanced Product Stock” section, set the colors for the stock statuses (full stock, low stock, and middle stock) as per your preferences.

2)After this go to the WordPress dashboard, and edit any product.

a)In the “Product Data” section, navigate to “Inventory.”
b)Check the box next to “Track stock quantity for this product.”
c)Set the “Full stock quantity” and “Low stock threshold” based on your requirements.

    For visual reference:https://imgur.com/a/3uRvNcw

By following these steps, the stock status colors should now reflect your desired scheme:

“In stock” (3 or more products): Green
“There are only X products in stock” (2 or 1 left): Yellow or Orange
    “Out of stock”: Red

    Hello, @Kia,

Thank you for bringing the product archive layout error to our attention. We understand that there is also an issue with the “hide variable products” feature not working as expected on the live site, despite functioning correctly in the customizer.

Regarding the “hide variable products” option, we would like to clarify that the functionality is designed to work specifically on product archive pages. When enabled, it hides only the parent product of variations, displaying the variation as a simple product.

Please note that this option does not affect the live site’s product layout but is intended exclusively for product archive pages. We have recorded a video from your site to visually guide you on how this feature works. You can view the video by following this: https://www.veed.io/view/d055021e-f141-4fb8-8c3c-1b48954b8f25?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

    Hello, @Marco A Jimenez,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

1/ Navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.

2/ Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin and CDN, we recommend temporarily disabling them.

Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand your request to globally exclude certain categories from the shop sidebar. To achieve this, please follow the steps below:

    a)Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard.
b)Click on “WooCommerce” in the left-hand menu.
c)Select “Products” and then choose “Categories.”

Once you are in the Categories section, you will see a list of all your product categories. To exclude the “Wrapping” category, please locate it in the list.

Next, hover over the “Wrapping” category, and you should see an option to delete or remove it. Click on that option to remove the category.

By doing this, you will globally exclude the “Wrapping” category from all category view pages, as requested.

After making these changes, please check the shop sidebar, and the “Wrapping” category should no longer be displayed.

Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or if there’s anything else we can assist you with.

    Yours sincerely,
    The 8Themes Team

    Hello, @ryan@rrwebdesign.co.uk,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the video issue you’re experiencing. We appreciate your efforts in providing additional context.

To assist you effectively, we recommend performing a couple of preliminary troubleshooting steps:

    Cache Plugin Deactivation:
If you are using a cache plugin, temporarily deactivate it to see if it resolves the issue. Cache plugins can sometimes cause delays in reflecting updated content on websites.

    CDN (Content Delivery Network) Deactivation:
If you are utilizing a Content Delivery Network (CDN) with server caching, disable it temporarily to identify if it contributes to the problem.

Please follow these steps and let us know if the issue persists. If it does, we kindly ask you to provide the following information in the private content area:

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

We recommend taking a complete backup of your site before proceeding with the debugging process to ensure the safety of your data.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to resolving this matter promptly.

    Yours sincerely,
    The 8Themes Team
