    Hello, @Kashif,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

1/ We are pleased to inform you that the technical issue affecting your website has been successfully resolved. To ensure that the changes are reflected on your end, we kindly ask that you clear your browser’s cache before revisiting your site.

However, we have noticed that the zoom functionality for product images on the single product page is currently disabled. For your convenience, we have provided a reference image which can be viewed at the following link: https://ibb.co/3sgwXhn

Additionally, It appears that you are using two lightboxes simultaneously, namely the lightbox from 8Theme’s theme and the lightbox from Elementor.

    Hello, @chara_wedsolution,

I hope this message finds you well.

We are writing to inquire if your intention is to exclusively modify the styling of the parent categories within the shop sidebar category filter. It appears that the hierarchical structure of your categories is already established, with child categories neatly nested beneath their respective parent categories, accompanied by an arrow for expansion and collapse, as indicated in the private content area (1 screenshot).

Should you wish to specifically alter the color, size, or font of the parent categories alone, this would necessitate the application of Custom CSS code.

However, if our understanding does not align with your requirements, We kindly request that you provide a more detailed explanation of your concerns so that we may assist you more effectively.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your clarification.

    Hello, @sophie,

These settings for images come from WooCommerce plugin, not from our theme, you will get the same result on the Shop page even after activating another theme, not XStore.
We would recommend you use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery, or you can use the Crop option 1:1.

If our recommendation doesn’t solve your request, we would recommend you contact support of WooCommerce – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
We hope this information is helpful.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
