When accessing our website with an iPhone or Android, the page takes an infinitely long time to load

    When I open our website on my iPhone or Android and click on any tab in the menu, the page takes an incredibly long time to load.

    Can you please fix this?

    Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

    Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    It’s hard for me to drop the screen from my cell phone.

    When I open any page on my cell phone, the “wheel” turns and turns.

    However, when I touch the screen with my finger, the page is immediately visible.

    You must have a smartphone. Why don’t you use it to open our website? It’s much quicker than having to use a second cell phone to copy and upload the screen from another one.

    By the way, Rose already has the access data.
