    Hello, @Kashif,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Hi there, we have set up a staging site for you to debug. Even without any third-party plugin, it did not work. Please let us know the issue and debug results.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, @Kashif,

    Thank you for your response.

1/ Upon thorough examination, we have verified the functionality of the banner element on our test site, and it appears to be operating as intended. It seems that the issue is isolated to your website.

For your convenience, we have documented a video demonstration detailing our findings. We kindly invite you to view this video in the private content area provided.

2/ Upon reviewing your website, we have observed that you are currently utilizing the most recent version of the XStore Core plugin. However, it has come to our attention that the corresponding XStore theme has not been updated to match this version.

For optimal performance and compatibility, it is imperative that both the XStore theme and the core plugin are maintained at their latest versions. We kindly request that you proceed with updating your XStore theme to the newest release, version 9.2.7. Detailed instructions for updating the theme can be found at the following link: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update

3/ Following the recent update of the XStore theme and the core plugin, we kindly request that you activate the XStore parent theme on your website. Once this is done, please review the functionality to ensure that the issue has been resolved.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could inform us of the outcome at your earliest convenience.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

As you said the issue is not resolved although both the staging and live websites are up to date with the theme version. Please check.
Under AYP Special Banner widgets are used (2 categories). It does not work on staging or live versions.
