“Shop By Type” menu item doesn’t have a link – https://prnt.sc/1yzpmou , meanwhile Menu For More Toggle can’t show a dropdown menu. You need to create a new menu via Appearance > Menus, that doesn’t have subitems, but all items have valid links, not #. Go to Theme Options > Mobile panel > Select Menu For More Toggle Element > select your new menu.

Where did you get the purchase code that was used to activate the theme on your site? It is not the same that you provided for the account on our site.
You are using very old versions of the theme and Core plugin. Don’t you plan to update them? We would recommend to do update, because old versions may be reason of compatibility problems with new WP and plugins, but do NOT update the live site right now. Create staging site (full copy of the existing site) and update theme to the latest version there and if everything is ok then update production site.

Have you tried to disable cache plugin?
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. Let us know the result.

Registration of these plugins is not necessary. They will function perfectly without any need for activation.

but we cannot fix warnings that are in the sidebar because those ones are shown even when use default WooCommerce filter, so please, contact with plugin author to fix it from their side. http://prntscr.com/1yv7vf2
(Our widgets code is based on default WC widgets functions so if you have errors with default ones then you have the same errors with XStore built-in widgets)
