Hello,

Clear cache and check one more time. Provide URL of page with the problem. What browser do you use?

sir i cant tell my customers to clear the cache and they browsers,i need a better solution

Did the cache clearing help? We did not see the problem with your products, so asked about URL. Maybe your customers do not have the problem too.

Hi there all customers are complaining let me explain the problem in more details….

The issue at hand is ,is the wocommerce product image gallery is displaying images from other products which is causing confusion

Heres examples of this issue below :
This product here ( https://www.kartmor.com/product/casio-m110-gold/?v=fb1c5b0d2f97 ) in the image gallery is displaying pictures from https://www.kartmor.com/product/casio-ga2100-black-full/?v=fb1c5b0d2f97#&gid=1&pid=7 ( See Sreenshot https://ibb.co/brGL6tm )

Also what is shown in the tumbnail and for same product https://www.kartmor.com/product/casio-m110-gold/?v=fb1c5b0d2f97 does not add up
Thumbnail and product image https://ibb.co/Y7wj8G5

The exact problem described above appears with may other products throughout my website, is there anyway to fix this?

Hello,

Do you use variation gallery on your site? I mean do you use a separate gallery for every single product variation of the variable product?

they is no variable products on my website, only simple products, i am trying to fix this for months now and still no luck

Hello,

I have disabled Variation gallery in Theme Options > WooCommerce > SIngle product Variation gallery. Sometimes it caused the mentioned issue. But not in your case.

I checked your product https://www.kartmor.com/product/casio-m110-gold/?v=fb1c5b0d2f97 and checked the wrong images. I see that image does not display the correct preview even with the default theme https://recordit.co/4tyImZORoM Not sure why this happens. I added a filter to your child theme to display medium image size in the product gallery instead of the shop thumbnail and it loads the same image that is uploaded in the product settings. But I would recommend you to contact WordPress support to find out why your media displays wrong thumbnails in general.
Did you use any tools for image optimization on your site? Or any kind of server cache?

Hi you can reverse the changed you made,the problem was due to caching and my hosting has fixed it
