Progress Bar in sales booster not working on page refresh

    Dear support, the progress bar in my sidebar cart area is not working properly.
    It correctly show the missing price amount to the free shipping, as soon as i add items to the cart.

    But it does not show anything on page refresh, after i click on it to see my cart status.

    The progress bar keep loading (grey bars animation) w/o showing the et_price and the amounts progress.

    You can test it at the links provided in private content area.

    Thanks for using our theme.
    Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it.
    Update the theme – http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update and Core plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update Do backup before the update.

    Oh sorry, i did not notice the maintenance mode.
    I’ll do a full update in the afternoon and provide you credentials if it’s not fixed.

    Hello, after updates the problem is persistent. You can recreate the issue as told before
    Add one item to the cart –> Progress bar works.

    Refresh the page or navigate and open again the progess bar w/o adding anything more –> Progress bar loop and not working.

    Find login in private ticket area.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.
    Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
    If the problem is independent of plugins, provide temporary FTP access, the problem will be sent to our technicians team.

    Dear devs, issue persist after updating and also deactivating all the non-xstore modules.

    I attach in private FTP credentials, while you should have the wp-admin ones in previous messages
