Slider Problem on Produkt Page & QUICK VIEW

Hallo,
somewhere I have a bug in the theme :((

The products are all created the same, but with some products the slider does not work …..That’s the funny thing , with one product it works and with the product next to it does not work ( store page product slider )

Quick view :

Here it is the same … I select a product..everything works perfectly and I can make the selections……

I take another product….. and I am in the Quick view … When selecting………… the image disappears

I am a little confused, because the images are all the same

Okey…….. The Quick View Problem!

The quick view is broken by. the “WP Rocket Plugin”
When I deactivated the plugin it works and everyrthing is fine….. :/
do you have an idea what I have to set so that the plugin can run without destroying the quick view?

The problem has surely already had someone? 🙁

thank you very much, but unfortunately the problem is only half solved…..

awwwww…. In the quick view the variants are now visible. :))
Thanks a lot for that!

But when you open the quick view the slider upwards disappears from the image ……

So the image is gone and at the top you only see the slider arrows 🙁 Ohh man

You have to look again please :/

it does not have to happen on the weekend

I have a question here…. see screenshot …

Is it a problem on the theme side or is it a plugin problem? If everything is okey from the theme side, I will deactivate all plugins on the weekend and check.

Before I do that, my question

Can I see in the code which plugin is causing the error?

Link to image is broken in the source code https://prnt.sc/1yfp1fl
Try to disable third-party plugins and check after that. If it does not help then provide us with FTP access.

Hallo Olga,
so i went through all plugins today. 🙂

So this error , see screenshot :

is caused by this plugin : https://cloudinary.com/

It is an image CDN and actually already important….for the loading time.
I write to the support and can you also report to them.

Then it may go faster with the troubleshooting. Or what do we do best?

the quick view I have deactivated, because here no plugin causes the problem. there is something wrong in the theme currently 🙁
