Just update of the theme can’t cause such a problem. Please answer the next questions:
1) from which version was it updated?
2) were there any plugins that modify the database?
for example, some of them https://kinsta.com/blog/wordpress-database-plugin/
3) did you have plugins that cache the database?
4) do you have a database cache through the server?
5) did you update the database by WooComerce request?
6) did you not switch the theme, if you switched to which one?
7) if you had backups, you should be able to restore them. Check a few latest backups

Take our apologies for the delay in answering.
We have inspected your plugin and found some functions that make variations work only on specific taxonomies. For example: http://prntscr.com/1z60aap – as you can see register_taxonomy_for_object_type() works only for product_cat and product_tag taxonomies but it would be much better to have some filter or actions to make it work for custom taxonomies such as ‘brand’ is. Examples: http://prntscr.com/1z60vwp or http://prntscr.com/1z614gk.
Also, we found that such taxonomy limits exist in other places too -> http://prntscr.com/1z618jy (only for product_cat and product_tag taxonomies).
But good news is that you can make force recalc for brand with product variations -> http://prntscr.com/1z61csk ( they use default woocommerce filter for these taxonomies ) – but it does not make it work on ‘brand’ taxonomy anyway.
The next code http://prntscr.com/1z61r28 would be better to replace/improve with my version (or smth else more universal) -> http://prntscr.com/1z61z5v.
For more info about compatibility with custom taxonomies, please, contact with plugin’s author.
We did what we could for you.

By default, there are only 2 custom tabs available.
Also, you can edit a product and add the Custom tab title and custom tab content to get the individual custom tab for the product.

The plugins included with our theme are external. We have purchased an Extended License for each of these plugins. They are fully functional and should run perfectly.
The latest plugin versions are always available. You can find them in the theme folder, and you can get them directly from us. Simply login to your account on our site ( https://www.8theme.com/my-account/), go to the https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ page, enter your purchase code, and you’ll be granted access to the appropriate archives.
Registration of these plugins is not necessary. They will function perfectly without any need for activation.
The plugin activation option was added only for those who need to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. If you need this option, you will first need to purchase and register the plugin.

We did not test breeze cloudways plugin with XStore officially, so we can’t give you a solid response. Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.

It doesn’t look slow, however you can try to disable Lazy loading option in settings of element.

You are using a lot of plugins. Try to disable unrequired of them. Every additional plugin slows down the site because calls additional styles, scripts and makes additional requests.

You are talking about XStore theme, but you need to translate strings for Core plugin.
Go to Loco Translate > Plugins > select the XStore Core plugin. Press “Add new language” the same way as you did for the theme translation. Translate the necessary strings and Save.
