Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. Let us know the result.

Hello,

It is because the Home page uses a custom header. For example, check your Blog page, there are new logo and other elements – https://gyazo.com/40d87cfe4e311b56b53c8358bd5d60f6
To be able to change the header for the Home page, go to Theme Options > Header builder > Multiple headers, edit the header for the Front page.

1/ Could you describe the request in more detail?
2/ It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch. It is recommended to disable the theme https://prnt.sc/unle03 before the reset.
If just menu items were duplicated, go to Appearance > Menus > edit menu and delete duplicated items only.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry, but your issue is a bit unclear to me.
Theme Options are available for users who log in as admin and this works fine.
On your screenshot, I can see the Home page via incognito browser. What exactly is incorrect there? What is the desired result/display?

Have you tried to contact the support of the plugin?
Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.
Try to use Yoast SEO plugin, a lot of our customers use it.

You have installed SG optimizer plugin and this option http://prntscr.com/1z9cuj5 enabled.
You should know that it is not possible to use lazy load from both plugins/theme functionality. So please, enable only one of next options for lazy loading from theme -> Customizer -> Speed Optimization -> Lazy load and keep this option off -> http://prntscr.com/1z9cuj5. Or disable our theme lazy load feature -> http://prntscr.com/1z9d4xb and enable the one from SG optimizer.

For this time I disabled the one from our theme and images are loaded ok -> http://prntscr.com/1z9dhlc
