Huge empty space below content in shop (on mobile version)

Hi There,
I have a problem with shop pages in mobile view.
There is a huge empty gap between products list and pre-footer. It seems to be the theme-related issue.

I’ve checked your Shop page and do not see the large space. Have you checked from a real device or from an emulator only? Try to re-load the page.

Hello,
I am checking in console as well as on real mobile (android) in chrome and in Firefox and Samsung Internet App (in all cases AFTER clearing the cache of the page on the server side AND after clearing the browser’s cache too) and I am also displaying the shop pages in “incognito” mode… In all cases the shop pages behaved as described above (long empty gap between products list and the pre-footer area)…

Hello,

Thanks for the reply.
It looks like sidebar off-canvas sometimes can’t be correctly loaded and cause the white space. Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. Let us know the result.

I’ve DISABLED ALL PLUGINS EXCEPT the Woocommerce and XStore core…
Deleted cache…
Same problem.

Hello,

The problem was caused by this code – https://prnt.sc/1zjdoq2 , we have moved it into custom CSS for desktop area. Clear cache and check now.
