2/ We do not have this problem on our test site, so the problem can be caused by an additional plugin on your site or js error that can be seen via browser console – https://prnt.sc/26dy6wt (check cdn settings). Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. If this situation is not caused by a plugin, provide temporary FTP access.

2/ It is aligned center according to the parent Main menu item. Try to activate Mega Menu Dropdown Full-Width in Theme Options > Header builder > Main menu.

Hello,

There are no additional settings for that panel, you can disable/enable it via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product Builder > Add to cart & quantity > Sticky Add To Cart Bar.

The plugins included with our theme are external. We have purchased an Extended License for each of these plugins. They are fully functional and should run perfectly.
The latest plugin versions are always available. You can find them in the theme folder, and you can get them directly from us. Simply login to your account on our site ( https://www.8theme.com/my-account/), go to the https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ page, enter your purchase code, and you’ll be granted access to the appropriate archives. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Registration of these plugins is not necessary. They will function perfectly without any need for activation.
The plugin activation option was added only for those who need to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. If you need this option, you will first need to purchase and register the plugin.

If you face any problem with WP-Rocket, let us know with a screenshot.

Hello,

Update the theme, then XStore Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ and others. Do a full backup before the update.
If your site is live, we would recommend creating a staging site (full copy of the existing one), you can do updates there first. If everything is ok then you’ll be able to update the production site.

It works fine for login user, but the problem persists via the incognito browser window. You are using CDN, so clear CDN and server cache first.

You provided wp-admin access, but we can’t connect FTP using mentioned credentials, we need FTP access. If you don’t know what is FTP then contact your hosting provider. They will give you access.
