Hi, i installed WP-Rocket plugin through xstore plugins installer, but it cannot be activated or used, just displayed the following message:
“WP Rocket There seems to be an issue validating your license. Please see the error message below.
License validation failed. This user account is blocked.”
My site is hosted in a godaddy managed wordpress hosting service, i don´t know if this is an issue.
Can you please help me with this issue, thanks.
Thanks for using our theme.
The plugins included with our theme are external. We have purchased an Extended License for each of these plugins. They are fully functional and should run perfectly.
The latest plugin versions are always available. You can find them in the theme folder, and you can get them directly from us. Simply login to your account on our site ( https://www.8theme.com/my-account/), go to the https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ page, enter your purchase code, and you’ll be granted access to the appropriate archives. https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
Registration of these plugins is not necessary. They will function perfectly without any need for activation.
The plugin activation option was added only for those who need to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. If you need this option, you will first need to purchase and register the plugin.
If you face any problem with WP-Rocket, let us know with a screenshot.
We’ve contacted the support of WP-Rocket, and will let you know once get an answer.
hello, any news about wp rocket?
Our WP Rocket license is blocked. Plugin authors allowed to use their plugin as bundled and then changed their minds. We are discussing unblocking our license with the plugin author. We don’t have information on how long it will take.
If you need to use WP Rocket immediately we would recommend you buy a personal license. Sorry for this inconvenience but we do our best from our side to speed up the process and solve the problem. Unfortunately, it depends not on theme author only but on plugin author. We had to remove plugin from the bundle till we find a compromise.
