Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. Let us know the result

1/ Have you cleared all cache? Could you record a video of the problem?
2/ Custom CSS code can be added in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS or in style.css file of child theme.

Connect to your server using FTP and remove all folders inside wp-content/fonts/ folder. After that go to Theme Options > choose necessary fonts and save settings.

Sorry for the delay in answering.
The problem is caused by WEN Responsive Columns plugin, there is js error https://prnt.sc/26xpwai when the plugin is activated. I’ve disabled the plugin, and content of the slider is visible now.
You can try to contact the support of the plugin. please note that that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins.

Hello,

When we disable custom tab or delete content https://prnt.sc/26xm3lg all works fine, when we re-save the product it works fine also on your site. The problem is caused by code in that area, maybe a tag was not closed. So go to edit product and re-save, or provide us with the original import file, so we can take a closer look.
