The search option is working fine on desktop version of my website. But when I type any keyword in the search on a mobile browser, it keeps on loading search results permanently. I am using Xstore AMP plugin.
Hello,
Could you clear CDN cache and check one more time?
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
Regards
I have tried but search on mobile is permanently in loading position. Also, when you go to the account tab on the mobile and try to login, it keeps on loading if you provide the correct password. When you refresh the page, you are logged in, but without refreshing the page it is permanently stuck on loading. When you provide an incorrect password, the page does not keep on loading, but also does not provide any error mesage like incorrect credentials etc. Both these issues need to be fixed.
I am using wordpress with bitnami on AWS. I can provide you with the SSH key .pem file. Please let me know how can I send you the file to provide you with access. I’ll also provide the wp-admin access through the same method.
We can see next errors – https://prnt.sc/FVQYwfdbUEmz Could you disable cdn and check how it works then?
Provide access and link to the file via the Private Content area.
Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so I can pass your report to our dev team.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
Regards
I have provided the wp-admin login in the private content area. For the FTP, I don’t have a hosting provider. I am using bitnami wordpress on AWS. You can login to SSH using bitnami username and the key file .ppk. I need to provide you with this key file. The contents of the .ppk file is also pasted in the private content area.
If you are unsure, you can see this tutorial https://www.robcallaghan.co.uk/blog/sftp-access-aws-ec2-bitnami-wordpress/ for FTP login using Filezilla.
Just to add, the wordpress related content is available at /opt/bitnami/wordpress/
Hello,
Provide us with .pem file to connect using SSH because we use Mac. You can send file to 8themes@gmail.com
Or tell us SFTP username to connect to your server using Filezilla and .ppk file because you missed mentioning that. This way would be better than SSH.
