Topic: Product filters display incorrectly on category page on mobiles

Hi,

i reported a problem for the filter that only appears on mobile at the shoppage. The rest of the pages the filter is visible only at the bottom. Response of WC filter:

When a specific product category page is viewed (like this: https://vinopura.nl/product-categorie/rode-wijn/), there is no icon on the left of the page to open the filters. Instead, you can find the filters at the bottom of the page: https://d.pr/v/NPlQYv.
On the default shop page, on the other hand, the filters show up as expected on all devices — like this: https://d.pr/i/EVndKl.
After taking a closer look I found that the floating “filter” on your shop page is actually coming from your theme Xstore: https://gyazo.com/6034c31b1e272a1e56e59e09f7aa5712

I have tested locally and confirm that the product filters always show on the sidebar even on the mobile version. So, the view you find on your product category page is the default from the extension.

I recommend getting in touch with your theme developers to know how they are implementing the filter on the shop page so that you can replicate it on the product category page.

Try to add this custom CSS code, clear cache on mobile and check:

.et-toggle-mob-sidebar { border: 30px solid transparent; margin-left: -30px; } .et-toggle-mob-sidebars-inner .et-toggle:before { right: -30px; pointer-events: all; }

Hello,

There is an error on your product category page – Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 258048 bytes). The screenshot you can find in the Private Content area. Contact your hosting provider and ask to fix it first.

The issue is that the filter which is normally on the left side of the mobile shoppage, now is not available. i select the off grid filter but somehow its gone.

I resaved the position of the sidebar for the mobile and the off-canvas filter appeared. Check now.
