Sticky section cuts the cart popup on the page

i have made a sticky section in elementor page but when i am hovering in cart button it is cutting the section.

Try to set z-index 2 for section (advanced settings).

About white space on the right side of the sticky section, contact the support of plugin you you are using to add the sticky effect
