Have you tried to contact support of Leanpay or Elementor pro?
You are using 3rd party plugins, so contact support of plugins first.
https://i.imgur.com/lYMUUzc.png – you are using the Elementor Pro plugin to create single product page, so I suppose because of this our settings can’t work fine. Try to disable the Elementor Pro plugin and check how this option works then.
