Topic: Google and Facebook Login Not Working, Any Help Appreciated

Hello,

I am trying to set up Google and Facebook Login however, both have failed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Redirect: https://cbsms.co.uk/my-account//google/oauth2callback
Error Message:
Authorization Error

Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch

You can’t sign in to this app because it doesn’t comply with Google’s OAuth 2.0 policy.

Facebook
Redirect: https://cbsms.co.uk/my-account//facebook/int_callback/

Error:

URL blocked
This redirect failed because the redirect URI is not white-listed in the app’s client OAuth settings. Make sure that the client and web OAuth logins are on and add all your app domains as valid OAuth redirect URIs.

If you’re the app developer, register the redirect URI in the Google Cloud Console.

Hello,

Add our email to the developers’ list of the google app to check the settings in more detail. Also, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site.

I have followed everything in the link you provided regarding facebook but still not avail.

In regards to Google – I believe I added you to the account. I will create Dashboard access now.

Hello,

Add our email to FB dev to allow us to check your settings because we don’t have access to that at this moment.

I don’t see your app in the list of our google console. Could you, please, provide us with screenshot of your Authorized redirect URIs for example https://gyazo.com/3ac3ceb7392f37860b3fa2c0657be15d ?

Facebook requires username or account, email doesn’t seem to work.

I checked your FB settings and you added incorrect https://gyazo.com/a0b2078e9506b8dd42aa28052bb2e1fe but it should be https://cbsms.co.uk/my-account//facebook/int_callback/ and also this field is required.

But I can’t check the login option because your site gives fatal error https://gyazo.com/1cf517a883bedcde715a586815549346 Could you, please, contact your hosting provider to fix that error? After that reply back and we’ll continue.

Hello,

Ok.
1) FB login works ok.
2) Google login does not work because you added the wrong Google client id or Google client secret. You paste the same in both fields but they should be different. So, check your app and add correct information there to allow Google registration.

Hello Olga,

Thank you ever so much for helping with this and I can confirm that Facebook does indeed work. Google details have been changed however, it still appears to not be working.

I have attached screenshots of the settings and permissions (to see if I’ve granted them properly).
