I apply styles in Element and it is not displayed on the page

    I make color changes to titles and sections and they are not displayed on the page.

    In the editor yes, but on the page no.

    All plugins and theme are updated.

    Please provide screenshots of what exactly and where exactly changes do not work. Have you cleared cache of the browser?
    You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to share links to your screenshots.
