Hello,

You are using CDN, it can be reason for different displaying in the editor and on the frontend. If clearing the CDN cache doesn’t help, try to temporarily disable it.

Hello,

Please remove ib**d.net from your license. – deactivate the theme and delete it from the site, then you will be able to activate XStore on another site.

Hello,

I see that you connected your Instagram account as personal. Try to remove the existing token and connect like a business account type, please. Check after that.
Also, Hashtag – is only for a business account.

You need to enable a separate cache for the mobile devices in the cache plugin setting. Or if you don’t want to enable that then disable the Mobile header optimization option in Theme Options > General.

Sorry, but there is no option, by default, to set 3 products per row on mobile for Ajax product tabs on mobile.
Try to add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile:

Please provide your purchase code via the Private Content area.
Contact your hosting provider and ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 136.243.62.35
To activate the theme your site should be able to make requests to our server and get a response.

Our reply time may vary depending on the number of requests and is up to 24 hours Monday-Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends. But is usually faster than that.

You can use Tabs elements (Ajax Products tabs or General tabs), go to edit page using Elementor > add tabs element into the page content and check available settings. For General tabs, you can use static block of saved template as content. For Ajax Products Tabs, you can select Grid – https://prnt.sc/Ov3Eyq8S30EJ
