impossible to modify the articles, I checked everything but I have a blank page.

Hello, @oceaneokio,

Can you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, that how it works with it, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not?

If the issue will persist with the default WordPress Theme as well, then it will make clear that the issue is not with our theme, and in that case, you have to contact WordPress support to fix this issue.

Otherwise, you have to provide us the WP Admin URL and Credentials in a Private Content Area, so that we will check it for you on your site further.
And if possible please share the small video clip of your issue as well, for our better understanding and duplicating the issue.

As we can see, articles can be edited using Eleemntor https://prnt.sc/3BuIj7Rdwc4z > https://prnt.sc/0xrvUjr1mAiW Please clear cache of browse and check one more time.

I can edit items with elementor, I’ve been using elementor for 5 years that’s why I bought Xstore.

I was able to change the texts of the articles, but impossible to change the image, normally, I must be able to do it with the editor of wordpess.

Hello,

I can see, the error now.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If this doesn’t help, provide FTP access.

Here is a solution that works and that could be useful for other users.

After uninstalling all additional plugins, it still doesn’t work.

I installed the classic editor plugin, I can now edit articles, but classic editor is not compatible or not up to date with the latest version of wordpress.
