Cannot register my theme with licence , it shows ssl problem

can’t activate my theme with my license
it shows

API request call error. Common problem caused by SSL certificate. Please check it here. Contact your server provider in case your certificate does not exist or has some errors.

when I try to register it
Checked my SSL and i’t works fine

Hello,

Please provide your purchase code via the Private Content area.
Contact your hosting provider and ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 136.243.62.35
To activate the theme your site should be able to make requests to our server and get a response.

I tried to use your Dashbaord and FTP access and it does not work.
Could you, please, provide correct access, please?
Also, don’t you have any firewall for the outgoing connections from your server?
