8theme filter by price don’t work corretly (taxes)

Hi
8theme filter products by price don’t work correctly (without taxes), but Word Press filter by price work correctly (with taxes). I have found this problem on support forum https://www.8theme.com/topic/filter-by-price-dont-work-properly-taxes/ – the problem has been fixed by you, but it doesn’t work on my site.

Additionally I have noticed, that 8theme filter by price don’t show prices on shop page , but only after selecting the category. Word Press filter by price show prices on shop page OK.

Thank you.
I have passed your issue to our developers.
But keep in mind that if I check the default price widget with the default Storefront theme it also displays the wrong start price https://prnt.sc/9jl2TI4ExZxF

So, in our widget, the only final price is different than in the default widget. We’ll take a look at that. I’ll inform you about results.

“Storefront theme it also displays the wrong start price” – yes, but after I have installed Xstore theme. Befour, without Xstore theme, only Storefront theme, filtering was OK.

Hello,

XStore theme can’t affect the appearance of the default price filter widget with the default theme if the XStore Core plugin is disabled and if the Storefront theme is enabled.
Probably something happened with the WooCommerce plugin itself (after plugin update or any changes in the plugin settings, not sure).

So, if you need to fix the default widget appearance you need to contact WooCommerce plugin support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
So, do you prefer to fix the default widget appearance first and then we’ll take a look at 8theme widget price or you want to fix the 8theme widget appearance the same way as the default widget does and then you will contact WooCommerce support?

I understand that a bug in woocommerce is a separate matter, but will the problem of price mismatch between the woocommerce widget and the xstore widget always occur and will require your intervention at each new installation?

Hi,
For testing problem, I have installed fresh install (wordpress + xstore) of project on https://kwiaciarnia1.dobracena.store/.

Sorting products didn’t work, so I renewed the tables for searching products – it helped.

Prices on filters (both – woocommerce and 8theme) shows correct, but:
1. woocommerce filter by price don’t work
2. with disable ajax 8theme filter by price don’t work but show prices
3. with enable ajax 8theme filter by price don’t work and don’t show prices

So, I installed storefront theme and:
1. woocommerce filter by price work OK

So, I switched to xstore theme and:
1. woocommerce filter by price don’t work,
2. 8theme filter by price don’t work.

This suggests there is a problem with xstore.

We updated our filter by price and it displays the same price range as the WooCommerce price filter. So, you may contact WooCommerce support team if something is still wrong for you with prices in the default price filtering.

Hi,
Did you upgrade my wordpress to 6.0 ? (maybe I did it, I’m not sure).
I need wordpress 5.9, so I will restore a copy of site with wordpress 5.9 and I need to know how to fix the problem – give me a method.
Also, I have informed you (#326850) that there is a problem with fresh install of wordpress and xstore theme – it doesn’t work correctly – have you checked this problem ?

1) We made code improvements of our price filter for this site https://kwiaciarnia.dobracena.store/
Do the backup of the XStore theme and XStore core plugin before the WordPress downgrade. Upload theme and core plugin from backup after the WP downgrade.

2) We don’t have WP Dashboard access to this site
https://kwiaciarnia1.dobracena.store/
So, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to that site to check the mentioned issues.

Hello,

Once I changed the permalinks type to this one instead of the default one with the index.php in the URL price filter works fine https://prnt.sc/4T0ZKhpI6JsX

We’ll fix Ajax loading for the price filter in the next theme update. Don’t use this option https://prnt.sc/pcDBStlVqynm at this moment.
