Checkout page for elementor do no work properly

Hi team, i using a elementor widget ” CHECKOUT” and have a fail visualization , for a desktop view (works fine for a mobile device)

But works well when i change the template for any other

We can’t open your site. Is there any restriction by ip or something else? Please check.

ok was use a database cleaner, because i don’t have any restriction installed

take this normal access, maybe the app is the problem
