Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity Error: Could not connect to server

Do you have any limits for connections from other countries? Unblock it for Ukraine.

Hello,

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > delete shortcode of static block from here – https://prnt.sc/Z_1sCoZcCavD
All available settings for the Shop page you can find in Theme Options.
Static blocks can be edited using Elementor, go to Elementor > Settings > Post types > enable the editor for static blocks and products.
If you want to edit archive page (Shop or Blog) using Elementor you need to use Elementor Pro, the default Elementor does not have such an option. If you have Elementor Pro, contact their support to get assistance.

We would recommend setting Speed optimization settings once all works on site will be finished, because, for example, enabling Menu and Static blocks cache will create delay in visibility of your changes for these elements. However, you can do tests, go to Speed optimization settings, read descriptions of options, and try to activate them at the same time test site speed – https://tools.pingdom.com/

If the problem persists with the child theme only, you need to check your custom changes there (comment code in fuctions.php, rename re-written files and check what exactly custom code caused the problem).
Please note that we are not responsible for custom changes that you do in the child theme.

Hello,

we returned back to the latest version of theme and core plugin
but we need few more steps from your site to check (sorry but we are looking for the problem in such way only)
1/ Check if the sidebar off canvas on shop mobile will be disabled (like in previous task we sent before)
If there is no problem if not canvas sidebar on mobile please,
2/ enable mobile canvas but disable sticky sidebar and check again

Hope steps are described in correct way for understanding.

Hello,

To add the banner to the shop page go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > add the shortcode of the revolution slider or shortcode of the Static block with the banner to the Shop page banner field and choose shop page banner position.
