Need to edit shop page from my website like banner etc

Hi there I need to update the shop page while heading towards elementor it says it is not supported or saying to add some content type function etc, I need to remove banner from the shop page which is totally irrelevant and I am unable to do so, can you please guide how to remove that, thanks

Hello,

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > delete shortcode of static block from here – https://prnt.sc/Z_1sCoZcCavD
All available settings for the Shop page you can find in Theme Options.
Static blocks can be edited using Elementor, go to Elementor > Settings > Post types > enable the editor for static blocks and products.
If you want to edit archive page (Shop or Blog) using Elementor you need to use Elementor Pro, the default Elementor does not have such an option. If you have Elementor Pro, contact their support to get assistance.
