Product Video in Dokan edit products page

Dear support,

i would like to disable the product video field in the edit product page of dokan vendor dashboard… i testet where it comes from and with other themes, the field is not visible so i think it must come from xstore theme. can you please tell me how to disable the product video field? thanks in advance!

Hello,

Thanks for the reply.
Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, and I will pass your request to our dev team.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Also, screenshot you provided previously is not visible, please provide a new one.
About sftp, you provided user and password. What about host?
