You activated the parent theme, but all settings were done for the child theme. It was the reason for the problem. I’ve activated the child theme via Appearance > Widgets. Check your site now.

You will not lose translation after update, but we would recommend doing a backup of all the files before any update.
You can leave files in “Custom” or in “System” location, but only in 1 place, because they conflict.
Please provide FTP access.

Hello,
Be attentive, don’t post private information out of the Private content area because it will be visible for all the users of the forum. Only content that you place in Private content is visible to the support staff only.
Check the page now. I’ve changed the settings for image size.
You do not need all plugins that come bundled with the theme, read description of plugins and activate required. Every plugin slows down the site a bit, so there is no need to activate plugins that you do not plan to use.

2/ Go to Header Builder > edit header, then go to Multiple Headers > edit custom header for the Front page.
There is no option to upload different logo images for desktop and mobile versions of the same header.
Please try to do this by yourself first, because additional customization is out of our basic support scope. Follow the instruction you got and ask for further assistance from the plugin support side.
Otherwise, provide admin+ftp access in the private content area here and I will ask one of our developers to take a closer look at this topic (without access we can’t help you) (it will take some time because we have a lot of requests these days).
