1/ It is strange that category titles are not shown on the Shop page even though they are enabled. Please provide FTP access, I will ask someone from our dev team to check it more deeply.

Edit your page and Product elements and enable Lazy loading for the Product elements. It should reduce the DOM structure. Also, you may try to reduce the DOM results on the page by reducing the number of sections of the page/elements in the footer or header.

Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Product Styles > Show Variations As Simple Products > disable this option. In other cases, variations of your variable product will be displayed on the shop page as separate products.

Hemp & CBD xstore theme demo is not released yet togethwer with the theme update – https://prnt.sc/dVtIwvCy4Bf9 Please wait up to 24 hours, when 8.3.5 version of the theme will be available, you need to update the theme and Core plugin.
It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.
If you will face any problem with the import when 8.3.5 version of the theme will be used on the site, let us know.

We changed sticky header type to Custom -> https://prnt.sc/oH0A6AHL4rf6 because the default sticky header type will create issues if you have few different off-canvases in different header areas.
Also, we removed the custom CSS added previously.
Please clear cache of the browser and check now. Let us know the result.

We don’t have any cache control set actions in our theme. You may check it by yourself but we are sure about it. All caching which we use in our theme are in use by default WordPress functions ‘wp_cache_set’ and ‘wp_cache_get’. Maybe it is better for you to contact SG support because maybe they add some code inside .htaccess or anything else which should be modified on switching theme or fully removed.
