Hello,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
We can’t check your site, unfortunately.
Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/ Contact your hosting provider to increase mentioned values for your site.
Was XStore Core plugin activated successfully? Also, make sure that all 3rd party plugins are disabled before the import. Demo content can be imported incorrectly in case a lot of 3rd party plugins were activated on the site before the import.
It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.
We will help you with the import. Please provide URL of your site that works, and URL of the desired demo version. Also, we need to know temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

Hello,

Height depends on your needs, if it is the same image during all width of the header, you can upload a short image, and set repeat horizontally for it.
Also, we would recommend optimize images – https://tinypng.com/

Hello,
It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery. For example, these images have different dimensions – https://prnt.sc/l7n86nLVIbXl https://prnt.sc/uAEtPXcSO7bk
Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/
Then, go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images > thumbnail width > set 360, Uncropped and regenerate thumbnails using plugin
This is independent of the theme, settings for images come from WooCommerce plugin, if our recommendation doesn’t suit you, contact support of WooCommerce.

1/ Do you mean this situation https://prnt.sc/ivocMHIUHBI2 ? It is not a bug, sticky header can’t be displayed in another way for logged admin, your customers will not see this.
2/ Clear cache of browser and check the Footer now.

Hello,
You can still use the Rocket plugin, or W3 Total Cache, dependes on your needs, only one option caused the problem, so you just need to find it, and disable/change that option, not the plugin completely.
I am not sure what plugin you decide to use at the end, so I’ve changed our Image Loading Type (Theme options > Speed Optimization). Images on the Shop page work fine now.
Also, you can read next articles – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/ (do not use a few cache plugins at the same time to prevent conflicts)

Hello,
Settings of Fake Sale Popup saved now. Please check.
Found that issue was caused by saving emoji. Save your locations without emoji, for example https://prnt.sc/8B2u3g30Qtn0
Also, contact your hosting provider and ask they to fix the DB field’s collation type that didn’t support all emoji. Probably it set to utf8_general_ci.
Solution: Change the field collation type to utf8mb4_general_ci to support longer-byte emoji.
Here you can find description of the same issue https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/emoji-removed-from-custom-fields/
