Footer & Header doesnt work + static blocks goes inactive in some pages.

Hi,

I have massive problem with Xstore theme Footer and Header + static blocks.

When i change the header all static blocks goes inactive. I have been now trying to fix it 3 days, our IT guy looked, we removed some plugins but nothing doesnt seems to work.

Can i have please someone who can check and fix it as i need to launch this pager today.

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.
1/ Please record a video of the problem.
2/ Go to Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources > Off. Then clear cache of your browser and check the result.
4/ Try to disable ALL the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
5/ Provide temporary wp-admin access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Thank you! It helped.

Only problem i have now with a page, is that a front page loading everything really slowly. I made all photos smaller with Imagify application but looks there is some other error. The icons doesnt load out etc.

Can i do sometyhing inside the theme to fix it?

Hello,

Some reason after i fixed the problem with my footer and header – now my shop doesnt load. All photos r blank same with footer logo.

I have been working many themes before, and havent never seen soemthing like this before.

Hello,

Have you changed access? We can’t log in.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then.
The problem with images – looks like a conflict with an option of an additional plugin.

Hi,

Thank you for reply.
But i need some catch plugin. I took first WProcket and paid already also a premium but it looked that it ws making the problems. Now i installed
W3 Total Cache (what normally doesnt give any bugs with other plugins). Is there some other plugin what works better?

Hello,

You can still use the Rocket plugin, or W3 Total Cache, dependes on your needs, only one option caused the problem, so you just need to find it, and disable/change that option, not the plugin completely.
I am not sure what plugin you decide to use at the end, so I’ve changed our Image Loading Type (Theme options > Speed Optimization). Images on the Shop page work fine now.
