    Yes, a mobile menu can be created via Appearance > Menus and then selected via the mentioned settings in Header Builder > Mobile menu.

    Yes, this is correct.

    Could you kindly provide an example of the desired mobile menu? This will help us better understand your expectations. Once we have this information, we will be able to confirm whether such a design is feasible with our theme by default. At the moment, it is not entirely clear to us how you would like the mega menu to appear on mobile devices.

    Could you kindly let us know what you would like to see instead? This will help us better understand the result you are aiming for. If possible, could you also provide an example of a website with a mobile menu similar to what you are looking for?

    Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that. Please, do not submit multiple topics for the same request, as this does not result in a faster response time.

After that, clear the cache of the browser, and then check the result. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary FTP access.
