I login the website after 2-3 days and today i noticed that website is taking a lot of loading time even when a user opens any pages fron front end or even if i need to go to any widget it takes a lot of time to open that. I confirmed and connected with the server support and they mentioned that the some plugins are bugging. Kindly have a look and resolve it asap.

If you think you need to downgrade or upgrade wordpress versions kindly do whatever needed at your end

    Hello, Outgrowth,

We would like to inform you that your current PHP version is 8.3.12. Unfortunately, it seems that not all the plugins you have installed are fully compatible with this version. To ensure optimal performance and compatibility, we kindly recommend downgrading your PHP version to 8.1.

Please note that this is not something the theme author can address directly. Instead, we advise you to contact your hosting provider to make this adjustment. We have previously communicated this recommendation to you, but it appears the change has not yet been implemented. We kindly ask you to take the necessary steps to resolve this issue at your earliest convenience.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, Outgrowth,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

We would recommend updating the theme and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

Then follow this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

We noticed that you have a few sections on the Front page that are hidden https://prnt.sc/83Q_YRpoe9Fv . You should understand that if you simply hide the section, all styles/scripts that are required for rendering elements in this section are loaded. It means that speed will be improved once you remove the unused content.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, Outgrowth,

Have you cleared all cache after the update? Please do this.

    Dear @Outgrowth,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have noticed that you currently have 12 active plugins on your website. To help address the slow loading issue you are experiencing, we kindly recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore. You can find the list of included plugins here: [XStore Included Plugins](https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/).

Once you have disabled the additional plugins, please clear your browser’s cache and check if the slow loading issue persists. It is possible that one of the third-party plugins may be contributing to the problem.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
