It is different sites, not just different pages.
Settings of contact forms are same on both sites? If so, the settings are the same, themes are the same, but if it doesn’t work, it means there is something independent of the theme, that causes the problem.

2/ Shipping functionality comes from WooCommerce plugin, there are no additional settings for this from our theme, unfortunately. You can post a request to our dev team here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ If it takes votes from other customers, our dev team will try to add it in one of the next updates.
