    Hi Guys – okay so we have poor site speed and our hosts WPEngine have been digging in deep to understand where issues are – here are some bits of feedback from them…

    there are excessive unchaced results so ajax logging was enabled and found this…..

    Here was the action value and count after a while :

    1298 [action] => xstore_get_user_compare
    1292 [action] => xstore_get_user_wishlist
    166 [action] => heartbeat
    60 [action] => etheme_ajax_popup_content
    44 [action] => as_async_request_queue_runner
    38 [action] => wc_epo_get_associated_product_html
    5 [action] => mailchimp_set_user_by_email
    4 [action] => xstore_wishlist_fragments
    4 [action] => xstore_get_wishlist_product_info
    2 [action] => xstore_update_user_wishlist

    The top two action values seem to be coming from plugin : xstore-white-label-branding and would recommend reaching out to the plugin developers to see if they are able to provide assistance in throttling these requests.

    is there anything you guys can suggest? I would think if you were to reach out to them then that would be a great step giving benefit for us all whom use the plugin as part of your theme.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it. Please provide temporary wp-admin access. Also, we need FTP access.
    wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
    ftp access: If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    Regards
