Shop header is white, transparent, and it does not show

    Hello, I have a problem with the shop page, and the product pages, as the header does not appear, it’s just white, when i drag the cursor there I can see the buttons and the menu but it’s white, how can I solve this?

    Do you have a server cache or CDN? Please disable them temporarily.
    Also, provide FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
    If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    We don’t need cPanel, only FTP host, FTP username and FTP pass.
